I officially got (and accepted) a job offer today! I'm really happy about it, as it's at a large life science company that i really respect and think will be real good for me (and i for it!)

Being unemployed sucks. My previous job ended on Sept. 2, 2008. I got married and moved. Actually getting into the new apt on Oct 1. By the time we had internet access, it was the 6th of Oct. Three months later, i had applied to the job that accepted me.

Stat breakdown (not including the accepted position):
40 jobs applied
4 interviews + one secondary
3.5 months of looking on craigslist etal

So happy it's over, and I got what I wanted!
